Morning and evening, pour 4 to 5 drops of oil into your hands and massage into skin until completely absorbed. To replace your moisturizer, you can spray talm mega water beforehand to create an emulsion, which you simply massage into the skin until absorbed.

For the body: apply in circular motions to the stomach, chest and all body areas you wish to hydrate.

For the face: use as a day or night skincare product, or as a make-up base.
