Express delivery guaranteed before 1 p.m. the next day, excluding weekends (for any order placed before noon, you will receive it before 1 p.m. the next day)
The delivery in relay point is offered from 55 euros of purchases and to standard residence from 77 euros. For all other deliveries, the transport is carried out by DHL.
As soon as your order has been placed and validated by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will find an order tracking link directly in this email. This information is also available in your talm customer account.
This depends on the delivery method you choose: for a standard delivery, as soon as your order is validated by the warehouse, it should arrive within 72 hours. Your order tracking number will allow you to know the status of your delivery in real time.

All talm products are guaranteed to be safe and healthy from the first day of your pregnancy until the postpartum period. To make a return, the best thing to do is to send us an email to our address firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the information related to your order: the order number, the products you want to return, the reasons for your return and your request for exchange or refund. Thanks to this information, we will be able to get back to you quickly and process your return. You can request an exchange of your items ordered on the talm.co website within 14 days of the order date. You are responsible for returns of orders shipped within and outside of metropolitan France.

The returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return. It is preferable to choose a return method with a tracking number, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to accept any claims.
