Returned products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Send us an email at hello@talm.co to let us know about your back. It is preferable to opt for a return method with a tracking number, otherwise we unfortunately cannot accept complaints. Packages must be returned directly to our logistician at the following address without adding a return slip inside:
