When is the best time to take the capsules?

Ideally, we recommend taking your two capsules in the morning with a large glass of water, but there is no strict rule; you can take them at any time of day. It’s up to you, and will not affect how well they work. However, you should avoid taking your capsules with tea or coffee if possible, as this can slow down or hinder the absorption of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.

Does this supplement affect the skin? Will it cause excess body hair?

Don’t worry about body hair growth! The formulation is designed to work on hair fibers rather than body hair, and mega hair has no effect on hormones, either.
