On the occasion of the launch of Ysé’s new Les Essentiels collection, we have joined forces to explore what is most intimate to us: our daily gestures, our rituals, our tribe, and the people who shape it.
Ysé is a brand that, like us, holds bodies close to its heart. Together, we have given a voice to four inspiring women, with diverse journeys and ideas, who have allowed us to rethink intimacy in new ways.

Can you introduce yourself?
My name is Marine, I’m 26 years old, and I live in Paris. I’m a mother of two young children, Ishaq & Alma. In my daily life, I work as a model and content creator, but I’m also training to become a sports coach. My goal? To support women in achieving overall well-being, both physically and mentally, by creating a space for sharing, sisterhood, and kindness. I want to help every woman reconnect with herself, feel supported and heard, and evolve into the best version of herself—without pressure or judgment.
What are your three essentials for a balanced life?
My children: They are my greatest source of motivation and push me to give my best every day. My goal is to provide them with a life filled with love, serenity, and stability.
Sports and movement: Sports have become much more than just an activity for me; they are a true tool for self-reconnection. They help me build confidence, feel strong both physically and mentally, and release daily stress.
A balanced and intuitive diet: I’ve learned to see nutrition as an ally for my well-being rather than a constraint. Eating healthy allows me to feel energized, take care of my body after my pregnancies, and feel good in my skin.

Has your perspective on essentials evolved over time?
Yes, tremendously! My children have always been my priority, but there was a time when I didn’t take care of myself the way I do today. Sports and a balanced diet were not central to my daily life. Over time, I realized that being a fulfilled and healthy mom is the greatest gift I can give them. Taking care of myself also means taking care of them.
