Article 1 – Organizer The company talm, a SAS with a capital of 15,376.30 €, registered at the Paris RCS under number 883 366 411, with its registered office at 11 bis rue Eugène Jumin, 75019 Paris, is organizing a free giveaway with no obligation to purchase entitled “Scarlette Ateliers + talm”, in collaboration with Scarlette Ateliers.
Article 2 – Conditions of participation The giveaway is open to any individual over the age of 18 residing in mainland France, with the exception of employees of the organizing and partner companies, as well as anyone involved in the creation of the giveaway.
Article 3 – Terms of participation La participation se fait exclusivement en ligne, via un formulaire dédié disponible sur les supports officiels de talm. Pour valider sa participation, le participant devra :
- Fill in the form with their personal information (first name, last name, email address) - Check the box giving consent to receive newsletters from talm and Scarlette Ateliers - Accept these official rules
Only one entry per person is allowed. Any incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant participation will be disqualified.
Article 4 – Giveaway Duration Le concours est ouvert du 22 mars 2026 à 8h au 29 mars 2026, à 23h59 (heure de Paris).
Article 5 – Winners Selection Winners will be drawn at random from among the participants who correctly filled out the form and validated their registration. The draw will take place after March 29, 2026. Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days. In the absence of a response within 5 days, a new winner will be designated.
Article 6 – Prizes The prizes offered are as follows:

Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
