The serum and the balm are to be used together:
1. To begin, apply the serum to the chosen areas (hips, stomach or breast for example) to prepare the skin, boost its elasticity and help prevent stretch marks. Slide the ball and massage the excess. The serum calms itching and soothes the skin and breasts that are highly stressed by breastfeeding. It does not need to be cleaned before the baby is put to the breast.
2. Immediately afterwards, take a dab of the balm and apply it in circular massages to deeply moisturize, soothe and soften the skin. The balm is a real bubble of softness, which nourishes the skin and brings it all the comfort it deserves.
Tip: place these two products in your fridge for a fresh and light effect in the morning.
